E.B’s Post Replacement
Chennai Plus published a detailed report about an unstable electric post in 9th Street, Anna Nagar Western extension. People were scared of electrocution if the post falls. However the Electricity Board has removed the post and fixed a box instead, which is more safer to the public, as the fuses and the heavy duty wires are inside the box and but not as they were exposed earlier.
Electricity Board should see that the doors of the box are well secured so that it would not pose any danger to people passes by the box, and children play about the area. However, Chennai Plus thanks Electricity Board for action taken to replace the unstable post.
