ICSI Launching E-Course
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a premier national professional body, which sets guidelines for corporate governance, is launching an e-learning programme for its students.
“Since the Government of India has made corporate governance process stringent, the role of company secretaries in corporate affairs has gone up. We are launching the e-learning process to make the company secretaryship course accessible to students in remote areas of the country. The ICSI wants all its students to get the coaching”, said Ms.Preeti Malhotra, president, ICSI.
Ms.Preeti said the Institute’s vision was to be a global leader in the development of professionals specializing in corporate governance.
