Life And Vastusastra
There is a proverb “There is no body in the world suffering continuously for more than 30 years and also there is no body continuously successful for more than 30 years”.
The reference is obviously to the movement of the planet “Saturn”. The planet Saturn takes 2 ½ years to cross one Raasi and takes 30 years to complete a circle of Raasi Chakkara (12 x 2 ½ = 30years)
Generally, people believe that Saturn troubles every body during the time of 7 ½ years period (Elarai Sani period). This period refers to the stay of Saturn for 2 ½ years in the raasi and 2 ½ years period when the Saturn is there in the previous raasi and also the 2 ½ years period when it stays in the next raasi. They also believe that during the ‘Astama Sani” (When the Saturn is their on eight house of the raasi) period also Saturn troubles the individuals.
Of course, the movement of other planets (SUN, MOON, MARS, MERCURY, JUPITER, VENUS, RAGHU AND KETHU) also affects or influences the life of an individual. Further the “DASA PUTHI” also matters in the life of an individual. Still people are afraid or speak about Saturn only.
People, who think or believe that Saturn will trouble only, are not aware about the greatness of “Saturn”. People should change their wrong thinking.
Thirunallaar “SANI BAGHWAN” is the main temple for Saturn in the country. Sani Baghvan in this temple is the most handsome deity and it will be the pleasure of every body to worship this “Handsome moorthy.”
In “Kutchanoor (near Theni) there is another temple for “SANI BAGHVAN” which is also equally great. normally “Guru Baghvan” faces his direction “South”. It is a surprise and unusual that “Guru Baghvan” faces north direction in this temple.
There is a say “who can stop if Saturn starts giving”.
In fact no body will die in “Sani Thesai”. There is no reason or logic to have fear towards “Sani Baghvan”. Instead, they should have affection and love towards, “Sanieshwar”. People should feed the poor and crow to get benefits from “Saturn”.
Planetary movements as per Horoscope cannot be stopped by anyone.
If Horoscope can be compared to one side of a coin, ‘Vastusastra’ can be compared to the other side of the coin.
We can even say that one’s life is affected by 25% by Horoscope, 25% by ‘Vastusastra’. There are many more factors like good deeds, good thinking, respecting father, mother teachers and other elders, taking care of poor people, handicapped etc. will decide the balance percentage.
Horoscope is based on birth time and it is fixed and nothing can be done afterwards to change it. Good deeds can only mitigate the bad effects.
Regarding vastusastra, if the building (House, office, factory etc.) is constructed or corrected as per vastu principles, one can improve the happiness and prosperity in life. Further the effect of vastu correction will be permanent.
Vastusastra is a wonderful science of building. Every body can enjoy the happiness and prosperity in life, by making the building or correcting the building as per vastusastra.
