The Law Man For The Poor People
Mr. S. Janarthanan belongs to Panruti, Cuddalore district. The well educated Janarthanan did his M.Com. and M.B.A. (Marketing) in reputed colleges and B.L. degree at Chennai, Dr. Ambedkar Law College. His father Thiyagi K.Subbarayalu, a freedom fighter, had once the vice-president of All India Freedom Fighters Association and had written & published the biography of Cuddalore and Villupuram districts freedom fighters. Thiyagi K.Subbarayalu sacrificed his entire life for the welfare of the nation.
S.Janarthanan initially started his career as marketing professional and he was in the marketing profession for ten years. After the death of his father, he came to the advocate profession to serve the poor and to create awareness even for the lay-men. He started his practice in Madras High Court, Chennai, and now he is covering the cases in Chennai, Tiruvallur and Kancheepuram districts. He holds his office at Chennai and Sriperumbudur and also has the colleague advocates network in all the areas.
He is lending his legal aids to the public innocents who are victimized without doing any offence. If he gets information from anywhere, he goes there immediately and serves them by attending cases on behalf of them. Further, due to heavy growth in the real estate business, a lot of poor are cheated by the real estate owners. If he receives any information from the public as being cheated, he immediately starts helping the poor and innocent people to get their remedy. He has advocates & friends network in all the areas to get information and does the immediate service for the benefit of the poor people.
Further, he is concentrating on the matrimonial disputes and conducts free counseling for the spouses. On getting the complaint, he immediately attends to the disputes and helps in getting solved the problem legally. Further, if any spouse is affected by her husband and the husband is not maintaining her and the children, he tracks it to the court of law for the permanent remedy for the wife and children to get their maintenance.
Moreover, he is conducting legal aid programs for the poor and illiterate people regularly for their development and awareness to protect themselves from the legal problems. His only aim is to do better service to the poor and socially undeveloped people and it was also the ambition of his father Thiyagi K.Subbarayalu.
