EMU Motorman Seminar

A safety seminar was conducted by the All India Loco Running Staff for the Electric Multiple Units (EMU) motormen operating suburban electric trains on Wednesday 3rd June 2009.Better safety measures and suggestions like Streamlining and introducing proper procedure of entrusting operation keys with motormen, installing Train Warning Protection System, Radio Frequency Identification System and to provide better working atmosphere for the motormen were pointed out at the seminar.
