Painting exhibition by Ethiraj college students
The students of the Visual Communication Department, Ethiraj College for Women (Autonomous) held a painting exhibition at Lalit Kala Academy, Greams Road, Chennai-6. The exhibition was inaugurated by creative artist Mrs.Sabrina Siga. The college principal Dr.Tmt.M.Thavamani, vice-principal Dr.Tmt.Leela Abraham and Jothi, the coordinator were present at the inaugural function.
A creative display of paintings showing feelings, expressions, landscapes, nature, flowers, modern arts and portraits done in colour charcoal, water colours, oil on canvas, pencil portraits, poster colour, and glass paintings were done by the college students. The title of the painting exhibition was ‘Thulir’.
