Facilities At Nandini Computer School Expanded
The expanded facilities of Nandini Computer School at Korattur Centre were inaugurated on Jan. 1. With this expansion, the number of intake of students in the free computer school at Korattur has been increased from 30 to 60.
Nandini Voice For The Deprived is presently running free computer schools at seven centres in Tamil Nadu, providing six-month free course in basic computer operation for the benefit of students from the lower income group. In connection with the inaugural programme, 12 children from lower income families in the age group of 10 were provided yoga demonstration.
Boys and girls who have passed Plus Two with family income of less than Rs.3, 000 per month can contact for the six-month training. Placement services are also provided.
Nandini Computer School at Korattur would also conduct free computer refreshment programme for the benefit of senior citizens on every Saturday.
