Medical, Blood Donation Camp
New Sunflower Trust, West Mambalam, conducted a free medical and blood donation camp on Jan. 6 at Saidapet Corporation Middle School.
Mr.M.Subramanian, Mayor of Chennai, inaugurated the camp where 33 units of blood were collected for the Egmore Lions Mobile Blood Bank by Dr.Rajamani and his team.
Sankaranethrayaya’s former optometrist Dr. Sivakumar tested vision of patients and prescribed spectacles. Random blood sugar test was also conducted. Dentists and Ayurvedic doctors examined patients. Mr. T.Sivaraj, secretary of New Sunflower, arranged for free medicines.
