Asana Andiappan College of Yoga & Research Centre (AACYRC), established in 1950 by Dr. Asana Andiappan is a reputed institute in the field of research, training and therapy in yoga & naturopathy. AACYRC is based on Thirumoolar’s ashtanga yoga (Hatha yoga technique), a therapeutic system of yoga that helps to cure and prevent major ailments. This centre has proud in conducting a free 5 days camp on obesity & general health.
This camp is sponsored by Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy (CCRYN) New Delhi from 8th to 12th January 2008, emphasizing on yoga. Natural diet and lectures are being delivered to create awareness through yoga and naturopathy.
