The 5th Annual Sports Festival of SBIOA. Model Matric and Hr.Sec School, Mogappair Chennai – 37 was held on Saturday, the 16th February 2008 at the SBOA School and Juniour College campus.
Dr. P. Perumalsamy, director, Directorate of Teacher Education Research and Training, College Road, Chennai-6, the chief guest delivered the sports day message and distributed the prizes to the winners. Mr.S.Balasubramanian, president S.B.I.O.A.Educational Trust, Chennai, presided over the function.
Mr.C. Subramanian, senior principal welcomed the gathering . Mr.P.Johnson Joseph, physical director presented the school Annual Sports Report. Mr.N.R.Mohan Rao, associate secretary, Mr.M.Rajamanickam, treasurer and D.S.Rishabadas, member, management committee of SBIOA Educational Trust participated in the function as special guests of honour. Mrs. Sophia Vijayarani, the school vice principal, proposed the vote of thanks.
