Vastusastra For Success
A building is not just a combination of materials and it is a living organ. If there is not enough compatibility, the success of the building will be affected.
A building is made for a specific purpose. It may be for living or commercial or to be used as manufacturing unit.
There will be energy in any building. If there is more positive energy, the building will be successful and it will serve the purpose for which it is made. On the other hand if there is more negative energy, the building will fail. In other words, the purpose for which the building is made will get defeated.
There may be necessity to demolish and rebuild the building within a short period. In some cases residence will get converted as commercial building. There are cases where theatres are converted as commercial complexes. In day-to-day life we see many buildings stand for years together without completion. In some completed houses, people may not live there for a long time.
By converting the building into another, there may be sufficient earnings. However the purpose for which it is made gets defeated. Definitely mismatching of energy should be the main reason for such a change of mind and also the building.
We may hear some people talking that they were happy and prosperous when they were living in the previous house or the house was lucky etc., The reason is very simple that the positive energy available there and the compatibility should have been better in that building.
In life, to be successful there may be many ways. For the success of a building, the only way is to adhere the principles of Vastusastra.
There are two ways to maximize positive energy in a building. One method is to create positive energy and another method is to remove or reduce negative energy wherever possible.
Again, planning the building with suitable energy plan will be good. In the existing buildings the energy can be restored by adopting suitable corrective measures.
Some measures to create positive energy and to reduce or avoid negative energy:
(a) North-east area may be lower in level. Further the area should be clean, wet and free from load. Rubbish things should not be dumped in north-east area to avoid negative energy.
(b) South-west area should be dry and heavy. Ditch or pit should not be made in south-west area to avoid negative energy. Drainage of water in south-west corner means, drainage of money.
(c) Avoid extension of Vayu or Agni area in the site or building.
(d) Central area (Brahmasthan) should be free from load, hindrance and obstacles. This area should be free from heat and water also.
(e) A congenial environment has to be created inside and outside the premises, for the success of the building.
