AN APPEAL
I am Mrs Nagarajan, 27 years old, I am suffering from congestive heart failure and complete heart block and advised to undergo a open heart surgery (AV Canal Repair) + permanent pacemaker implantation. The cost of the surgery is Rs.3,65,000/-. I can not afford this huge medical expense. I appeal to the kind hearted to come forward and donate to save my life.
