Mr.Jayaprakash A. Gandhi is a popular personality in Tamil Nadu. Mr.Jayaprakash gave a Career Guidance Counselling for Higher Secondary Students at a programme organised by Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women, Anna Nagar on 30th September 2011. The College Principal, Dr.KP.Malathi Shiri was present on the occasion. Mr.Jayaprakash is the Correspondent of Narasus Sarathy Institute of Technology Salem and the Director of Lotus Matriculation School.
He has taken up Career Counselling with a driving passion to help young students to select the appropriate direction towards a successful future. He had completed his schooling in Little Flower Higher Secondary School, Salem. He pursued his B.Tech and M.Tech from Anna University, Chennai with an outstanding academic performances.
He has also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from NIIT Chennai. He has conducted Career Guidance programmes for more than 2200 Schools and Colleges all over India. He has conducted more than 500 placements training programmes across the country including many top Institutions such as IIM, IIT etc.
He has helped number of students to get placements in leading top Multinational companies. Mr.Jayaprakash has done many informative and useful educational programmes in TV channels. He is a pioneer to start a unique Career Guidance and Resource Center in Salem. He is the key person behind many educational reforms like streamlining of medical admissions, entrance exams for professional courses, advice to the higher education department both in the state and national levels.
He is the only person who does complete data analysis of various examinations, Question Papers, Admission Process etc. Many students were able to take right decisions in their careers with the help of this analysis. With the help of the school education department and other social organization he has conducted many free career guidance programs for the benefit of rural students in remote areas and is Designing Career Guidance Modules for the entire country on behalf of the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation.
He was the president of the Salem Metro Junior Chamber, Chairman of Salem Round Table No.28 & Past Area 7 Secretary and Treasurer of Round Table India

Mr.Jayaprakash A. Gandhi is a Gold Medalist in Anna University for securing First Rank in M.Tech. He was awarded the Kamal Patra Award by Jaycees for his services towards education. It is a high award given for a JC member. He has participated in various educational programmes in leading television channels. He has published many articles related to education. He was a special invitee for the South Asia Workshop for International Education Advisors meet in New Delhi.
He received the Independence Day Award for his service towards the student society. He was awarded by Rotary Club Salem South for Vocational Excellent Award 2006-2007 towards his contribution and achievements in Career and Academic guidance and Analysis. He was awarded by Rotary Club of Udumalpet for his excellent contribution in the field of education. In the 27th Annual TV Programme Channels and Film Awards, he got the award for the Best Cable TV programme for Kalvi Alosanai Naeram at Chennai.
